We are confident you will love your NovoFusion product. We want you to enjoy your purchase and experience with our products. If you're not satisfied, we will make things right. You may return any product within 14-days of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions stated herein. You will receive a full refund except the shipping cost, which shall be credited back to the original payment method, in the amount paid for the product you are returning.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customersupport@novofusion.co.uk. To get started, please enter the email address that was used to place the order and the order number that can be found on your order confirmation email.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you return a product purchased using a promotional discount, your refund will equal the amount you paid for the product.

If you are returning products within the return policy period that were purchased as part of a bundle, all products in the bundle (including any accessories, wires and attachments that accompanied each product) must be included in the return order to receive a full refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), made to order items, and personal care goods (such as beauty products and under garments). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Wrong Address

If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customersupport@novofusion.co.uk.

NovoFusion will not refund any shipping charges (e.g. overnight shipping charges) incurred by the customer.

Notification for EU consumers:

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;

2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore NovoFusion reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
